Biography
Hi, what an exciting time in your career, and I would love to see if we are a good fit. The supervision I received at the beginning of my career path was the absolute best experience, and it really contributed to the clinician I am today and my entire professional and personal life. I enjoy giving others that opportunity. Supervision is a time to take all of the hard classwork time and integrate it into your personal rockstar therapy brand. I enjoy seeing people actually bring it by taking the time to really see you as a clinician, to see what motivates you, where you shine the best, and most of all, where you see your future self as a clinician, and doing my best to help you achieve that. I am a trained supervisor, and in my practice I have supervised individuals and have had paid supervisory roles in the university setting. I have been formally trained by psychiatrists, LPCs, and psychologists, and I have hands-on experience working in multiple settings, including private practice, agencies, and a psychiatric hospital. I am also an ATD-trained trainer and consultant. I find that training blends nicely with helping people explore and build their confidence as a clinician, speaker, and trainer. I have advanced CEU certifications in ADHD and neurodivergent training for children and adolescents, trauma, and positive psychology. I am highly skilled in CBT, DBT, person-centered, humanistic, ACT and faith-based therapy. I have extensive training working with vulnerable populations, including LGBTQIA, and find that clinicians in this field have a real opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives and communities.
