Supervision Rooted in Growth, Reflection & Authenticity
Biography
My approach to clinical supervision is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented. I believe supervision is more than reviewing cases or completing hours; it is a space where clinicians can slow down, think critically, ask questions, explore uncertainty, and develop confidence in their own clinical judgment. I strive to create an environment where supervisees feel supported while also being appropriately challenged to grow. Our work may include case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, self-reflection, use of self, boundaries, cultural humility, and the integration of evidence-based practices. Ultimately, my goal is not to create clinicians who practice exactly as I do, but to help supervisees develop into competent, ethical, and authentic therapists who increasingly trust their own clinical reasoning while knowing when to seek consultation and support.
