I provide supervision to MFT and ASW associates. I have experience facilitating individual and group supervision in individual and group private practice settings. I create a safe environment for associates to explore what needs to be unlearned in our field including power dynamics in the supervisory relationship. Supervision can also be a space to examine ourselves as therapists and how our own stories and identities affect our client work. I collaborate with associates to hold our clients in holistic ways honoring their full identities and experiences. In our supervision work together, we can learn how to advocate for ourselves, for our clients and for the greater community.
