Supportive LPC-S Supervision | Grow Your Clinical Skills & Build Your Career
Biography
My approach to supervision is supportive, collaborative, practical, and growth-focused. I believe supervision should be more than meeting licensure requirements—it should help LPC Associates develop confidence, strengthen clinical judgment, establish healthy professional boundaries, and grow into competent, ethical, independent clinicians. I provide a safe space to discuss challenging cases, clinical decision-making, documentation, ethics, diagnosis, treatment planning, and professional development. I also incorporate real-world guidance about working in private practice, navigating insurance and EAP systems, building a caseload, and understanding the business side of behavioral health. As an LPC-S and group practice owner, I enjoy helping developing clinicians discover their individual therapeutic style while maintaining strong ethical and clinical standards. My goal is for supervisees to leave supervision not only prepared for independent licensure, but prepared for the next stage of their professional career.
