My supervision philosophy is grounded in connection, collaboration, and growth. I strive to create a supportive space where counselors feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting on their practice, and building confidence. I meet each supervisee where they are, while encouraging ethical practice, self-awareness, clinical growth, and confidence in their unique counseling style.
